First of all, there are many hot springs in Hakone. You can enjoy various types of hot springs such as “Gora Onsen” surrounded by beautiful valleys, “Kurokawa Onsen” with characteristic black water, and “Yumoto Onsen”, which has the longest history in Hakone.

The natural landscape of Hakone is also wonderful. By using the Hakone Ropeway, you can enjoy views including Mt. Fuji. There are also beautiful lakes and hot springs such as Lake Ashi and Owakudani.

Hakone also has many cultural tourist spots. For example, there is the “Hakone Town Hall Museum” which preserves samurai residences from the Edo period, the “Hakone Museum of Art” which exhibits art and pottery, and the “Former Matsuda Family Villa”, famous for its Victorian-style building.
