By Bus: From Naha Airport, take highway bus No. 111 and get off at Nago Bus Terminal. From there, change to route bus No. 66 and get off at Kouri Ohashi-mae. From there, you will arrive at Kouri Island in about 15 minutes on foot. It takes about 3 hours.
